sunshine after rain! that feeling is oh-so-awesome!<3 i love you! ong zhu zhu!(:
finally cleared my napha test with 30/30! 2nd time that gotten full marks! so damn happy! :DD oh and its th continuous of 4 time gold! (: coolness!
Results:
Sit ups: 61 (pb)
Pull ups: 10(not pb, gonna re-do)
Standing board jump: 240(pb, but could hv done better, might re-do)
Shuttle run: 9.1 (CRAP. ran 9.0 last yr.. gonna re-do)
Sit-and-reach: 47 (not pb, gonna re-do)
2.4km: 8.40 (pb, bt gonna re-do)
lastly, 3more days to x-country.. not rly nervous abt it, but aiming for the top 5, under 20mins.. pray hard that i can do it! :D
think i got too many things that i want to say but i forget alr! will post more IF i rmb.
